About JockIT
All about JockIT...
JockIT is a play on words with my Scottish heritage.
You should all know about the word Jock, used mainly in the army to refer to Scottish people.
As I am from Scotland and I have spent my life immersed in IT, I thought the concept was a good one (it was actually dreamed up by a friend of mine who I was doing some work for! Thanks Gary!).
As I was made redundant I decided to enhance my already growing number of friends and family that I either repair computers/laptops for or tweak or develop websites for.
I do home visits and specialise is those "one-man businesses" that operate from home or a small office.
I cover a wide range of computer issues and web services, from repairing computers (desktops/laptops), to printer problems, network problems including wireless networks and also everything to do with online web services such as email, domain names, hosting and web sites. I can help you tweak you current web site or build you a new, dynamic web site and give you the power to update it.
