Galaxy S20, S20+, or S20 Ultra
Model numbers are G980 for the S20, G985 for the S20+, and G988 for the S20 Ultra version.
(As with all Galaxy phones, the front glass is bonded to the LCD and on some phones it is harder to separate (the LCD's are thinner), and then the front glass replacement is often not a great repair. I therefore only replace the whole screen unit.)
